A week at church camp can be a life-changing experience for children and youth. New milestones are reached on faith journeys as young people live and talk about the gospel with caring, trained and screened staff and volunteers. Decisions are made, new skills are learned, new friendships are forged, and campers go home with tools that will last a lifetime.
In addition to great memories, every camper also takes home a camp t-shirt and a dvd of their experiences, all included in their registration fees!
Camp events at Camp Kinawind and Judson Collins Center are designed so that nearly every age camper has a camp they can attend nearly every week of the summer. There may be seven or eight different programs going on at the same site at once. This means that campers are in smaller group sizes, rather than being thrown into one very large event. It allows them to attend camp the same week as siblings or other friends from their church or community, even if they are in different age groups. This model of camping maximizes the experience for your young person, provides many more program options, and allows us to better serve your camper's individual needs.
To explore our summer camps, click on the "events" link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate age or other group in the "showing all events" dropdown. Clicking on the event name shows you a more detailed descriptions of each event. See you this summer!
