Ministry Opportunity 

Thank you for considering a position with the BORM.  We have several openings available for persons who wish to serve God at one of our camps.

We are looking for persons who are willing to commit themselves to serve Christ with their talents, gifts, and strengths.  We need persons who enjoy living and working in the out-of-doors and working with people of all ages.

The BORM seeks mature, enthusiastic college-age people or adults.  A limited number of high school students may be chosen based on abilities and maturity.  Please see our flier and brochure on  “Looking for a Summer Job?” for age requirements for each position or call one of the Site Directors for more information.

Our purpose is to create an atmosphere of Christian community that offers intentional opportunities for all participants to develop deeper faith commitments.

If you would like to be considered for a position on our ministry team, please fill out this application form and return it to one of the administrative staff listed below.  Also, please give the enclosed reference forms to three persons, one of whom is your pastor, who have knowledge of your character, experience, and abilities in relation to the position for which you are applying.  Be sure to indicate on the reference form whether or not you waive your right to see it.
