Water Adventures
Grades 6-9 Camp Kinawind
Do you like the water but are too old for water games camp? Then come
experience the water in a whole new way with this camp! We will be in, on,
and around the water while swimming, canoeing, kayaking, learning about God,
and more! We will start on Thumb Lake, but will work our way up to the
ultimate water adventure on an overnight river trip. River trip will be off

The Grand Kayak Camp Grades
9-12 Camp Kinawind
We will camp and kayak on the shores of Grand Island, a short distance from
the shores of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in the Upper Peninsula.
Grand Island is home to beautiful beaches, marvelous woods and remarkable
wildlife. In addition to kayaking, we will take time to walk and mountain
bike the trails on Grand Island. We might see a sunken ship in the calm
waters on Murray Bay. Weather permitting, we will kayak in close proximity
to the high cliffs along Pictured Rocks. This is something that very few
people have had the opportunity to experience! Each day, during The Grand
Kayak Camp we will give glory and praise to God our creator! Register early

Black River Canoe
Grades 9-12 Camp Kinawind
Canoe and camp in Michigan’s wilderness! Meet the physical challenge of
canoeing while developing bonds of trust and respect with your fellow
campers. Experience Christ’s love while you laugh, paddle, study the Bible,
sing, swim, and cook meals over a campfire. Equipment list is provided after

Older Adult Canoeing Ages
50ish and Up Camp Kinawind

Are you still young at heart
and looking for a significant outdoor adventure? Join this small group for
mature Christians for a wilderness canoe/camping trip. We will be living in
tents and cooking our meals in the woods. Opportunities to worship, listen,
and share with individuals and the group will make this trip a unique
