Put your leadership skills to the test with the Counselor-in-Training program! It’s an opportunity to learn new skills and develop spiritually while gaining an understanding of working with children in outdoor ministry by hands-on experience. Those who successfully complete the CIT program may have the opportunity to serve as a volunteer counselor at an additional camp(s) later in the summer.
