Water Games Camp Kinawind
Grades 3-6. Wade in and
join us for a week focusing on water and water activities: in the water, on
the water and around the water! You will have a wet and wild time with
activities and games which could include swimming, boating, and water games,
just to name a few. Soak your spirit with Bible study, discussion groups,
campfires, games and other traditional camp activities. Come join us for
waves of fun! Cost: $329

Woods Camp Kinawind
Grades 3-6. Take on the
challenge, adventure, and fun of learning how to cook over a fire, build a
home in the woods, canoe, and much more, all the while learning how to live
as a Christian in your own family group. Your group will get to choose from
options such as boating, hiking, extra swims, and low ropes challenge course
activities. Cost: $329

Pioneer Camp Kinawind
Grades 3-6. Have you ever wanted to be a
pioneer like Johnny Appleseed or Davy Crocket? At Pioneer Camp you will
learn about the pioneer days while participating in pioneer games and
crafts! And, as the pioneers did, you also may take part in swimming,
boating, hiking, cooking over a fire and other woods camp activities.
Includes day trip to Hartwick Pines State Park. Cost: $342.

Native American Connections Camp Kinawind

Explorers Judson Collins Center
Grades 6-8. Explorers are always searching the outer bounds of their exciting camp program. Join them as they explore new horizons. Group options for Explorers include GPS/orienting, geocaching, swamp hikes, sleep out under the stars, night hike, more advanced cookouts, canoe to Iron Lake and St. Joseph Shrine, challenge course, horseback riding, photography, making prayer candles, and other crafts. Cost: $335.

Grades 6-8. Start with the basics and learn about how to groom saddle and ride at the riding stables. You’ll start learning beginners’ skills and progress on to levels of safety, obstacle courses, games, and trotting. Riding will be held off-site. Cost $440.

Grades 6-8. Want to try horse camp out and see what it is like? Then this is your program! You will learn the basics of grooming, how to saddle and ride. You will experience all the fun of camp while saving a few mornings for riding. Riding will be held off-site. Cost $415.

Explorers Plus Ranch Judson Collins Center
Grades 6-8. Saddle up, cowboys and cowgirls, round up those doggies. You will spend time each day off-site riding a horse and learning how to care for it. You will get a chance to meet a veterinarian, learn how to toss a lasso from a semi-pro roper, see what a pro-rodeo cowboy does in real life, and have the chance to test your ability to stay on a mechanical bull. You will live at the farm learning about and taking care of the animals like a real rancher. Cost: $440

BabySitters Camp Kinawind
Ages 11-14. Become an American Red Cross
certified babysitter. This camp includes training in First Aid, CPR and
Babysitter Training as well as traditional camp activities like swimming,
boating and cookouts. Participants must pass skills tests and written
tests to receive certifications. Cost: $379

GuardStart Camp Kinawind
Ages 11-14. This program will teach water
safety and the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard as well as First
Aid and CPR. However, this course will not certify anyone to be a lifeguard.
It will build a foundation of knowledge, attitudes and skills in preparation
for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course. Also included in the week
are traditional camp activities like swimming, boating and cookouts. Participants must pass skills tests and written tests to receive
certifications. Cost: $379

Girls Horse Camp Kinawind
Grades 6-8. This camp is for
horseback riders who want an introduction in riding, terminology, safety,
and fun! Horsemanship will be taught daily as campers get to know the horses
and practice riding in the ring with an instructor. Other camp activities
may include boating, hiking, swimming, cookouts, Bible study and sleepouts. Campers will spend 3 hours off site daily with the horses. Cost: $480

South Manitou Camp Kinawind
Grades 6-9. Arrive at Kinawind, travel by ferryboat across Lake Michigan, and backpack a short distance to a beautiful group site for two nights, three days, on historic South Manitou Island. Learn about God while exploring His
creation, cooking out, swimming and tenting with your small group. Cost: $370.

you’re a camping veteran or a newcomer you can liven up your summer with the
camp that gives you all the fun of a Woods Camp AND a day trip to Mackinac
Island.

Water Adventure Camp Kinawind
Grades 6-9. Do you like the water but are
too old for water games camp? Then come experience the water in a whole new
way with this camp! We will be in, on, and around the water while swimming,
canoeing, kayaking, learning about God, and more! We will start on Thumb
Lake, but will work our way up to the ultimate water adventure on an
overnight river trip. River trip will be off site. Cost: $348
